# Find tokens

Filters turn the list into a search across the whole market: you describe the activity you want to see, and the list keeps only the tokens that show it. All filters combine with AND, so a token has to pass every condition you set.

#### Quick filters

<figure><img src="https://2568949687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOLJ1TB7OTLVfIfjE4yjt%2Fuploads%2F0kATNowb4DgqXSmDov5Y%2FIMG_6887.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=f4ef625a-6544-43cb-8e5e-eb9f531865e8" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The symbol or name field looks up a token by its ticker, name or contract address. It works on top of every other filter and isn't limited to tokens that passed them, so it opens any token's card.

Chain is a row of network chips. With nothing selected you see all networks. Select one or several to keep only tokens with activity on those chains.

Expected move has has five, Any, Under 1%, Under 5%, Under 10% and Over 10%, and keeps tokens whose expected move starts at that percentage or higher.

Market cap has five, Any, Under $100K, Under $1M, Under $10M and Over $10M. Besides picking a size, this is the quick way to clean the list, because stablecoins and wrapped native tokens sit in the top range and any "Under" option takes them out.

#### Advanced Signals

The collapsed Advanced Signals block is for precise settings. A signal here means an unusual level of on-chain activity on one axis, measured against the token's own history. It isn't a recommendation.

<figure><img src="https://2568949687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOLJ1TB7OTLVfIfjE4yjt%2Fuploads%2Fw0DfY9CNPbFUCzxcpDrs%2F08_advanced_signals.png?alt=media&amp;token=6cb5bd73-a6a9-4699-bbe3-8fb62dd23b23" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Organic holders, % and Bundled holders, % set a min–max range for each group's share of holders, the same shares you see on the Holders bar of the card. Market cap, USD is a min–max range for when the chip ranges are too coarse, and Expected move at least, % is the same threshold as the chip, as an exact number.

Show health-failed tokens brings back tokens that were removed from the list because of suspicious on-chain activity. They're hidden by default.

#### Conditions

Conditions are where searches like retail inflow spiking, insiders activating or smart money rotating into low caps get built. Each condition reads like a sentence. Tap + add condition and fill in four parts.

<figure><img src="https://2568949687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOLJ1TB7OTLVfIfjE4yjt%2Fuploads%2FQBWkxMF52Al01g4fGwmO%2F09_conditions.png?alt=media&amp;token=7adf7191-5b60-47ef-b2a2-eb6fd7450e6a" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

\[axis] shows \[what] by \[measure] vs \[baseline]

* Axis is any of the 15 from the token card, a category of wallets or a kind of flow. The full list is on the Read tokens page \[link to The 15 axes].
* What is Moderate surge, Rare surge or Extreme surge, the rarity levels from the card. For categories you can also pick Accumulating (net inflow) or Distributing (net outflow), for trading flows mostly Buying or mostly Selling, and for deposit flows mostly Deposits or mostly Withdrawals.
* Measure is $ volume, transactions or wallets, whichever of the three numbers the surge should be in.
* Baseline is vs its own history or vs similar tokens, meaning tokens with similar on-chain activity and market cap. The first finds tokens doing something unusual for themselves, and because every token is measured against its own normal, a $500K token surfaces next to a $10B one. The second finds tokens doing more than their peers.

So Retail shows Moderate surge by $ volume vs its own history means: show me tokens where retail wallets are trading noticeably more dollars today than they usually do in this token. Add a second condition and both have to hold. The ✕ next to a condition removes it.

Trend duration asks for the same behavior on several days in a row, from 2 to 5.

#### Three searches to start with

Change the chain, the cap or the rarity level and the same search fits a different market.

Memecoins retail is accumulating

* Chain: any, or one chain if you trade there.
* Market cap: Under $1M.
* Condition: Retail shows Moderate surge by $ volume vs its own history.
* Optional: Organic holders, % from 50, to skip tokens where the crowd is mostly bundled.

Stocks smart money is entering

* Chain: Robinhood Chain, where tokenized stocks trade.
* Market cap: Over $10M.
* Condition: Smart Money shows Rare surge by $ volume vs its own history.
* Trend duration: 2 days, so a single large trade doesn't qualify.

CEX tokens insiders are moving

* Chain: any.
* Market cap: Over $10M.
* Condition: Insiders shows Rare surge by $ volume vs its own history.
* Second condition: Insider Deposits shows mostly Deposits, which catches insider wallets moving the token to exchange and deposit addresses.

Once a search returns something, the card tells you who is behind it.

#### Expected move & liquidity

<figure><img src="https://2568949687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOLJ1TB7OTLVfIfjE4yjt%2Fuploads%2FHSrxXjmtByRIQ75gpUNR%2F10_expected_move_liquidity.png?alt=media&amp;token=66ca5d1d-d190-4bd1-b203-57c5fbfdb908" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The block under Conditions sets the floor for the tokens you want to see. Min daily volume, $ drops tokens below that on-chain volume over the last day. Expected move at least, % is the same field as in Advanced Signals. account for precision ± spread adds a limit on how wide the expected move range may be, in percent, so a token whose from–to range is wider than that is left out.

#### Search, Active Search, Reset

<figure><img src="https://2568949687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOLJ1TB7OTLVfIfjE4yjt%2Fuploads%2FH8v52n6wxmIewY2znery%2F11_search_buttons.png?alt=media&amp;token=47618488-b674-4cf3-836c-7c5639077ce1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Search filters the current list, so you get the tokens that match right now. Active Search keeps the filter running: new tokens that start matching appear on their own, without reloading the page or applying the filter again, and you can leave it open in a separate tab while you do other things. Reset clears everything back to the whole market.

#### Save & Alerts

Active Search works while the tab is open. For everything else there's Save & Alerts, the collapsed block under Advanced Signals, which lets Alpha Search keep running your filter around the clock.

<figure><img src="https://2568949687-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOLJ1TB7OTLVfIfjE4yjt%2Fuploads%2FtSQsDMy2SIIosAc3qlgS%2F%D0%97%D0%BD%D1%96%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA%20%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B0%202026-09-21%20%D0%BE%2019.51.24.png?alt=media&amp;token=cf536ef7-9a9a-4183-af9e-adf68b971ee0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Give the filter a name and tap Save. It saves everything you've set, from the search field and chains to every condition and threshold. Saved filters show up as chips below, and each chip has three controls: one loads it back into the filters (then hit Search to apply), one is the bell, and one deletes it.

The bell is the alert. Turn it on and the Stargazer bot sends you a Telegram message whenever a new token starts matching this filter, with the page open or not. For that to work, Telegram needs to be linked, and the Connect Telegram control is in the same block. Connect it once and the status shows your username. Disconnect unlinks it.

Connect agent is for the MCP version of Alpha Search, which lets an AI agent run the same filters you set here and get the same results. It's on a waiting list, and the button shows the email to write to.
